Flaw #1: Applies only to Texas
Flaw #2: The authors only leave out the important stuff -- the stuff that can cause you to join the ranks of the "former well-off"
Flaw #3: What is in is incomplete, simplistic fluff.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear! Run, do not wait to walk, away from this book.

PS -- Don't be influenced by the fact that I've been a real estate professional for 35 years and have appeared in court as an expert appraisal and property management witness.
