1 out of 5 stars Not Impressed   September 29, 2008

To me this book was too basic. It had more information about financing to get the money to purchase these liens and less information about the leins themselves. Everything in this book can be found by googling your states website. If you are looking for indepth info like legal issues that need to be done this is not the book.

4 out of 5 stars Easy to Read   September 4, 2008
I read this book in just a couple of days and found it to be simple yet very informative. I probably will not be jumping into investing into liens and deeds right away until I research some more, but this book is definitely one to read first before starting your adventure. It is definitely not boring and I highly recommend it to anyone who, like me, is just starting to learn about this type of investing.

5 out of 5 stars excellent info for tax liens   June 16, 2008
This book is very easy to understand. It gives you step by step information and resources on tax liens and deed. I would recommend this book to any one that wants to know about tax lien and deeds.

5 out of 5 stars Tax Liens Demistified   February 25, 2008

A good book that demistifies any confusion about tax sales throughout the country. Easy to read and easy to follow. Breaks down all the information into an organization fashion. Unfortunately, the author's website isn't working.

5 out of 5 stars something new for me   January 17, 2008
This book is straightforward and is written for a beginner. It does not lure you into any gimmicks or tactics that might not work but rather warns you of them and what other pitfalls in due diligence. I drive to the United States often and found the information here valuable as a beginner and someone that isn't from here. You see there are a lot of things we can't do unless we reside in America, being Canadian, I wanted to learn how to invest in tax liens and tax deeds without a social security number. I got my answer as it covers alternatives to SSN.
